Michael S. Omar

With over two decades of legal practice, Michael S. Omar has built his career on a single conviction — that the law exists to protect people, and that every person who walks through his door deserves to have someone fight for them with everything they have.

Michael earned his law degree from The British University in Egypt (BUE), where he developed a rigorous foundation in both civil and common law traditions. Over the following 20+ years, he has represented individuals in civil rights disputes, guided families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and protected investors against those who abused their trust.

He founded Shepherd Stewardship out of a deep-rooted passion for civil rights and justice and a belief that personal, principled legal representation should be available to everyone who needs it. When you work with Michael, you work directly with him. No hand-offs, no shortcuts, no compromise.
